Recruitment/Selection Process:
Polycab India Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 06th May 2019 (Monday)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time.
Step 01: Online Candidate Registration, application tracking/validation and issue of hall tickets to be done by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited.
Step 02: Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates at the event venue by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited.
Step 03: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Basic Engineering Test- Domain Specific (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02: 07th May 2019 (Tuesday)
At Pooled Campus Venue : Will be informed in due time.
Step 05: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 06: Written Technical Test (To be conducted by company officials | Optional | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 08: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
