Recruitment/Selection Process :
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited (NextGen Ventures)
Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (ONLINE/OFFLINE | To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Verbal Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from “DAY 1” need to attend the “DAY 2” process as mentioned below.

Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials | Optional)
Step 05: Personal/Technical Interview Round (To be conducted by company officials | F2F or Skype or Telephonic | Elimination Round)

Recruitment/Selection Process :
Step 06: Final Interview Round. (At Madhus Garage Equipments Corporate office at Bangalore/Delhi)
NB:
(1) The recruiting company will reimburse (to & fro) train fare at actuals to the final selected candidates at the time of their joining. (applicable only for the candidates those who will be traveling to their Bangalore office for attending the final round of interview & being offered finally)
(2) The final selected candidates must possess their own driving license at the time of joining.
Note :
(a) Institute(s) are requested to distribute the Hall Ticket amongst the respective eligible candidates at the earliest.
(b) It is mandatory for the eligible candidates to carry their respective duly filled hall ticket (all the pages), updated resume, photographs & all educational certificates (original & photostat) on the recruitment event dates.
(c) Adherence regarding the instructions mentioned in the Hall Tickets are mandatory & thus no deviation is expected from the candidates.
