RDC is recruiting Management Trainee (MT) on all India Basis for HR and Sales & Marketing Profile

The Eligibility Criteria for the recruitment is as under.

MBA – (HR and Sales & Marketing) 60% and above only in the post-graduation, Born after 1 June 1993

Monthly Stipend -INR 22000/- + Bonus of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. 60000 will be paid at the end of 1 year)

Location: PAN India

The selected candidates will undergo one-year training on a monthly stipend, paid in full without deductions. After successful completion and review, the candidates will be absorbed in different profiles. Indicative CTC range after one year will be 4.2 Lakh for MTs.
