Recruitment/Selection Process:
Hyper Filteration Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited (NextGen Ventures)
Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Verbal Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02:

Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials F2F| Elimination Round)
Step 07: Declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

All the information in the Recruitment Process Invitation (RPI) letter above is based on the communication & approval or the work agreement between the corporate & NEXTGEN VENTURES. If required, the institute can verify with NEXTGEN VENTURES all supporting documents/communication, before participating in the recruitment drive as mentioned above. In case of any such intention of verification, the institute has to send their representative(s) in-person to NEXTGEN VENTURES nearest office to verify the same. As per our policy, we cannot produce or send such documents/communication to the institute over email or post or in any form.
