Dear Candidates,

We are happy to share the list of candidates who are shortlisted for the next round of the Cognizant recruitment process. These students have performed well and passed the online test held on 18th & 19th Oct 2020.

GenC virtual interviews for the attached list of candidates will be conducted on 27th Nov 2020. Candidates are likely to receive the links by tonight i.e on 26th Nov 2020.

Candidates must be well aware to keep digital copies of the following documents ready for the interview:

  • Resume with photograph embedded on the first page
  • College identity card
  • 10th, 12th / Diploma, and all UG & PG educational documents
  • Aadhar card
  • Candidates must be prepared with a laptop/desktop, uninterrupted internet connectivity, proper webcam, and Mic.
  • The interview invite would be shared with the candidates 4-5 hours prior to interview time. We urge the candidates to login as per the schedule, dressed in formal attire

Greetings from Cognizant!

Please find the test guidelines and test dates for Round-1 mentioned below for the Cognizant auto-proctored test.

We are in the midst of experiencing a completely new and exciting shift in the technology landscape as it replaces our traditional ways. As we move into a completely virtual recruitment process, we have our past experience to fall back on. Our AI-driven Campus Assessment will allow students to have the flexibility to take the test as per their convenience.

 

Please find below the Auto proctored Test Date for your campus:

  • October 18th 2020 – October 19th 2020
  • The Test Window Will be open from 12:00 AM on 18thOctober 2020 to 11:59 PM on 19th October 2020

Here are the guidelines for the candidates taking up the auto-proctored test:

  • Candidates can take the test on a computer/laptop with a functioning web-cam (external or built-in) and continuous internet connectivity for the 180-minute duration.

 

Please find attached the technical requirements for the test

  • We request the candidates to take the test where there is ample lighting. It is their responsibility to ensure that their image is clearly captured
  • A candidate can attempt the test only once
  • A default candidate id for all eligible candidate is 12345678

Malpractices disclaimer for candidates:

 

Any malpractice will lead to disqualification:

  • If we find any evidence of malpractice through mechanisms that we have enabled- that particular candidate would be disqualified from the recruitment processas per discretion of the Cognizant team.
  • If any other person’s image, besides that of the test taker,is captured in the vicinity during the test process, that candidate’s test will be disqualified as per discretion of the Cognizant team.

 

Candidates should refrain from doing the following:

 

  • While taking up the online test, please do not move out of the test screen-all instances and movements are captured for audit purposes.
  • Opening another tab or application like notepad, excel or web browsers like Chrome, Firefox etc. are strictly prohibited.
  • Please do not try to click print screen or copy the content while the test is in progress- this will lead to instant disqualification.
  • Please ensure that the web-cam is not covered with any object. The web-cam should be focused on the candidate throughout the test duration.
  • Please do not try to take any snapshots while the test in progress.
  • Usage of mobile phones, cameras and any other external devices during the duration of test is strictly prohibited. The test will automatically be terminated upon detection of any external devices.

 

Interruptions during the test:

 

  • On the event that the test is halted due to internet or electricity failure, the candidate will be able to resume his/her assessment from the same point it was logged out without losing any time.
  • We request the candidates to wait for 5 minutes and then login again using the same credentials.
  • Once logged in, the candidates need to click on the ‘Resume Incomplete Test’ and select his/her name and continue the test.
  • The candidate will be able to login within 4 hours of the test being halted.

Note: Candidates will receive the test link for the 48 hours test window(Saturday night 12’o clock – Monday night 12′ o clock) prior to the test date. The Test Window Will be open from 12:00 AM on 18th October 2020 to 11:59 PM on 19th October 2020
