HashedIn University

HashedIn University (HU) is a 2 months boot camp developed on the thesis of 2 Harvard Business School professors. The objective of HU is to groom our fresh talents and put them on a high learning curve accompanied by a structured growth path. We ensure during these 2 months, the new recruits (i.e interns, who are called Linkers in HashedIn) get a feel of HashedIn culture and its way of life. Over the term, interns develop technology solutions focusing on real-world problems that are sometimes sponsored by our clients and other stakeholders. These Linkers are given a major opportunity to prove their technical talents. Exhibitions and projects are assigned and our clients are invited to access the same. They are segregated based on SDET, Dev, and DevOps. Each Linker with the particular skills are clubbed as a group and allotted a live project. The best one is chosen and the concerned linkers are accredited for the same. We are indeed proud to declare that this year we nurtured the biggest batch of 150 candidates which consisted of 140 developers, and 10 SDET individuals.

Job Description

Designation: Intern (6 Months) + Software Engineer

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.E/M.Tech,(CS, IT, IS) with no active backlogs with 60% or 6.0 CGPA in B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Skills & Requirements

Passion for technology
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
Good understanding of programming concepts
Knowledge of any programming language (Java, C/C++, Python)
Working knowledge of databases, web applications (Frontend or Backend) a plus
Ability to switch contexts easily, enthusiasm to learn and a passion to perform

Your Responsibilities @ HashedIn

Responsible for software & product development
Responsible for coding based on the given design
Responsible for researching and solving complex issues independently
Communicating issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
Helping the organization grow by actively participating in recruitment, knowledge sharing, social activities like blog writing, etc

CTC Offering

Stipend during the internship: INR 20,000 per month

CTC post completion of internship: INR 8,00,000
