We are glad to express our interest to hire the 2021 batch students of B.Tech – CSE, IT, BCA, MCA for Technical positions and MBA/BBA students who want to make a career in Business Development for Non-Technical Position.
The role would be that of “Software Engineer Trainee/ Business Development Trainee”. The job location will be at Ahmedabad-Gujarat.
This year we have planned to hire a total of “6 candidates” for the role. In case, we find exceptional talent and participation we may go up to “10 in number”.

Presently we are looking for talent in these technologies-.Net, PHP, Android, iOS, QA and Business Development fresher. We would like to bring to your kind attention our selection and induction process. The selected candidates will be trained before being inducted to Verve Systems. We have a unique training module of our own managed by senior professionals training the candidates on live project environment. On successful completion of our training, Technical candidates would be inducted as “Software Engineer” and MBA candidates as “Business Acquisition Executive”.
Our selection and induction process for fresh candidate into our organization starts with Objective Test (Aptitude + Technical Test) followed by technical and personal Interview for the shortlisted candidate after objective test.
We strongly believe in making our candidates industry and technology ready before inducting for which we have put in place a training team and resources. You will appreciate that the candidates get a through exposure to live working environment and training in the relevant technical skills.

Remuneration:
Technical – ranges from 1.44 LPA to 1.80 LPA – Depend on performance during the Interview process.
Non-technical – ranges from 1.80 LPA to up to 3.60 LPA (with Incentives) – Depend on performance during the Interview process.
As a security towards the Fresher Hiring program and safeguarding the interest of the organization we have the following terms of placement of candidate in our organization:
(1) If training is not needed
In case of direct placement (where training is not needed), at the time of joining candidates have to provide surety cheque of INR 50,000. These INR 50,000 cheque will only be filed as a surety amount and will not be deposited. The amount of INR 50,000 will actually be a surety for their commitment to join us and stay with us for a minimum period of 2 years and serve proper notice period.
(2) If training is needed
At the time of joining (where training is needed), candidates have to provide 2 cheque,
(1) Surity Deposit: INR 25,000/-: – a cheque of INR 25,000 which will be refundable after successful completion of 2 years with us starting from their employment.
(2) Surity cheque of INR 25,000/-: – a cheque of INR 25,000 will only be filed as a surety cheque and will not be deposited and it will actually be a surety for their commitment to join us and stay with us for a minimum period of 2 years and serve proper notice period.
Please note that this amount in no way covers the total cost of training of these students, but we think this amount to be significant enough for the students to be serious about their work and follow their commitment of staying with us for 2 years.
