Greetings from Mahindra Pride Classroom!

Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) is a flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Livelihood program of the Mahindra and Mahindra group and is fully implemented by Naandi Foundation, a Public Charitable Trust having its registered office in Hyderabad. The entire programme is free of cost since it is part of the CSR initiative of the Mahindra and Mahindra Group.

As part of our institutional skilling initiative we are very happy to inform you that we have collaborated with some of the finest Engineering, Hospitality Institutes, Nursing, Polytechnic, ITI’s and Arts and Science colleges in pan India. We provide employability training to the students from less privileged backgrounds to bridge the gap between the campus and corporate. We impart soft skills, life skills, domain skills training.

We understand how jobs anchor lives and how a good job becomes the foundation of a great career. At Mahindra Pride, we have embarked on a new journey to connect the right jobs to the right candidate, calling it Job Utsav – a celebration of jobs!!

As part of our Employability Skilling program, this year apart from soft skills, communication skills, life skills and Interview preparation we are planning to impart technical skills to the students from B. Tech. across India.

For imparting technical skills, we are tying up with GUVI Geek Network Pvt Ltd. GUVI (Grab Ur Vernacular Imprint), RTBI – IIT Madras incubated company is an IT (Information Technology) Skill Acceleration Platform. They work with companies to develop and adapt the curriculum to teach skill- sets that match real hiring needs. They also utilize the expertise of leading business executives, industry professionals and those passionate about education and software development to craft each course. Many of these individuals are mentors in the GUVI platform. The uniqueness of the platform is all the students’ learning activities and data’s are tracked, personalized user activity profile is built and shared with the recruiters in the platform there by connecting the learners with the right jobs. Eligibility

1. B.Tech – 2021 YOP

Stream

• Information Technology
• Computer Science Engineering
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Electronics Engineering

Criteria for the course

• No standing arrears.
• CGPA:  6.5 or above.
• Family Annual Income Four Lakhs or Less than Four Lakhs.
• Students who are looking for employment immediately after their course.

For Technical training, Mahindra Pride Classroom will provide each student with GUVI’s License so that they can learn and practices their technical skills. The students will be provided with an MPC certificate upon completing the program. Only students with 95% attendance and a good performance assessment score will be eligible for the certificate.

We deem ourselves honored to serve the underserved youth through our skilling initiative by training the aspiring engineering students in employability skills. Therefore, students who are in need of an opportunity to enable themselves to meet the expectations of the industry and become more employable. Kindly note that we will be conducting a performance assessment audit (College/Student Based) at the conclusion of the said project, which will be a baseline for the implementation of the project in the upcoming years.
