NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Virtual Joint Campus Drive” by & for “Open-Silicon | a SiFive company” for the 2021 passing out batch B.Tech (ECE, ETC, EEE, EE, Instrumentation) candidates from Trident Academy of Technology.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
Open-Silicon | a SiFive company will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional)
Step 03: Online technical test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional)
Step 04: Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials through any virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently by Dopag India
Step 07: On boarding
