NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Virtual Campus Drive” by & for “MAQ Software” for 2021 passing out batch B.Tech (CSE, IT) & MCA candidates of Trident Academy of Technology.

Recruitment &  Selection Process:

MAQ Software will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct an online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Application-level screening to be conducted by NextGen Ventures based on Educational qualifications, Streams, and cut-off criteria.
Step 03: MAQ Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 04: Technical/Personal + HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 07: Onboarding.
