The recruitment process will consist of the following stages :

1)    Online tests: The online tests will consist of 1 application form and 2 psychometric tests. The candidates will have to take the online tests in college, under the concerned college office supervision. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the further round of interviews.

2)    1^st round of Interview: Based on the test results, candidates will be invited for the online Face to Face interview. The date will be agreed upon with the placement office well in advance.

3)    2^nd round of interviews and Job Offer: Candidates qualifying from the 1^st round of interviews will be invited for the 2^nd round. Based on performance, job offers will be made.

Requirements :

Any B.Tech graduate with an aptitude for Sales and desire for a career in Business Development.
