Tata Power has entered into a Joint Venture with Odisha Govt. for Distribution Business in the areas spread across the regions under TPCODL, TPWODL,TPWODL & TPNODLviz. Bhubaneswar (Circle I and II), Paradeep, Cuttack, Dhenkanal area comes under TPCODL ; Rourkela, Burla, Bhawanipatna, Balangir, Bargarh areas comes under TPWODL ; Ganjam, Berhampur, Aksa, Bhanjannagar, Jeypore, Rayagada areas comes under TPSODL and Balasore , Bhadrak and Baripada areas comes under TPNODL . Tata Power has laid out an ambitious plan to improve reliability of power supply, reduce AT&C Losses, enhance customer services and implement cutting edge technology in these areas.

Please refer to the attached JD for the Campus Recruitment of students from BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering of 2021 Batch of your esteemed institution.

The Campus recruitment process flow will be as below:

1. Receipt of eligible students details as per the JD from the college,
2. Sharing the confirmation of the list of eligible students to the college for further process, Conducting the following;

1. 1. Online Assessment – Domain and Aptitude to be conducted by our Assessment partner M/s Aon Consulting Private Limited (“Aon”)
   2. Group Discussion -(Online)- Through Microsoft Teams Link for the eligible students who all have cleared the Online Assessment .
   3. Personal Interviews (Online)- Through Microsoft Teams Link for the eligible students who all have cleared the Group Discussion .
   4. Issue of “Letter of Offer” to the College on selections.

All selected students will undergo “pre-employment medical test”, which will be duly certified by our Company’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO)”; and the final offer will be issued to the selected students on having them found medically fit by our CMO.
