The role we are currently hiring for would be that of Software Engineer fresher. The location would be Bhubaneswar.

Currently, we have 5 openings for the role mentioned above but in case we find exceptional talent and participation, we could go up to 10 in number.

Eligibility Criteria at Centroxy

10th Standard: 60%

12th Standard: Minimum 55 % to 60%

Graduation:  6.5 CGPA [B. Tech.]

Post-Graduation:  6.5 CGPA [MCA / M. Tech]

All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared.

Should have completed all exams/viva-voice/training and should not have any pending attendance requirement with the college.

Should not have any gaps between courses

 

Required Skills:

Should be creative & have good analytical skills.

Good communication (written and verbal) and inter personal skills.

Beginner level coding skills in any Programming Languages.

Must have a good understanding of IT to quickly learn about new IT Packages and Techniques.

Possess a positive, passionate and problem solving mind-set

Must be a team player and able to do multiple tasks.

Selected candidates will be offered:

1. Technical Training & Domain Training for 3 months. Candidates have to be available full time during the training period ()
2. Post Training, based on the performance of the candidate, hiring opportunity will be provided with a pay scale upto 1.8L p.a. This will be the Probation period. Probation period is for 6 month.
3. Candidates leaving the company before completing 1 year, will have to pay which is spent by the company for the training.
