Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).

Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process – Aptitude + Logical Reasoning Test to be conducted by NVL/company officials. (Objective | Elimination Round)

17th December 2016 (Sat):

Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)

Step 04: Technical Test to be conducted by company officials. (Objective | Elimination Round)

Step 05: Group Activity (Optional | To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)

Step 06: Personal Interview – HR (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)

Step 07: Personal Interview – Technical (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round) **

Step 08: Declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently

** Please not that, as informed by the company, the availability of the technical panel members have not been finalized yet on the scheduled dates. If the technical panel’s availability can be fixed on the schedule dates then Step 07 i.e, Personal Interview (Technical Round) will be held as per the above process plan. If not, the company will organize SKYPE interview for the Personal Interview (Technical Round) within 7 days of completion of Step 06.
