DCB Bank is in the process of hiring MBA Graduates (Batch of 2022) for the role of Commercial Business Executives.
The CTC offered will be Rs. 2.95 Lacs fixed annually + Up to 3,000 per month as TA + upto 1.40 lacs incentives annually(based on performance).
All the students will be confirmed employees of the bank from Day 1, and they will be on no probation period as such.
All the selected candidates will be required to join from 16-Dec-21 or 3-Jan-22.
