Job Role: Cluster Manager
Compensation:
CTC – INR 3,00,000 lakhs per annum + lucrative incentive
Location: Placement of selected candidates will be based on availability of opportunity in locations pan India
Please find below the roles and responsibilities of IB Role:
Self-driven, action-oriented individuals who are willing to make a career in Broking industry who will be responsible for:
- Responsible for training, supporting & engaging with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers
- Ability to drive sales target with keen understanding of processes and capital market
- Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
- Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales deliverables
- Will be responsible for driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target
- Should be strong in relationship management and stakeholder management
