Goldman Sachs is pleased to announce the launch of “Engineering Campus Hiring Program 2021-22”; an initiative that aims to identify top engineering talent across the country.

The program will focus on identifying top talent with programming skills and analytical aptitude to join the Engineering division at Goldman Sachs offices in India.

Selection Process:

Registration: Nov 23rd 2021 to Jan 3rd 2022 (EXTENDED till 9th Jan 2022)

Program Timelines:

Registrations: November 23, 2021 – 6:00 PM to January 9, 2022 – 11:59 PM IST

Assessments: Mid-January 2022 to February 2022

Interviews: March 2022

Offers: March 2022

Eligibility Criteria: This program is open to engineering students of all streams across pre-final & final years of graduation and post-graduation

• 2022 New Analyst – The graduation year of 2022
• 2022 Summer Internship – The graduation year of 2023

About the Assessment:

The students will undergo multiple levels of assessment, kick started by an aptitude test that will assess their analytical, logical and strategic thinking. The shortlisted students will be directly contacted via registered email ID for further steps. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to interview with Goldman Sachs and secure a 2022 Summer Internship or Full-time offer.
