Job Title: Software Engineer Trainee

Job Type: Internship & FTE (Candidates successfully completing internship will be converted to Full Time)

Job Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Year: 2022
• Degree & Stream: B.E/B.TECH, CS IT, IS
• Academic Percentage: 50% throughout in 10^th & 12^th (or diploma) , 70% throughout in graduation

Skills Required:

• Good written, verbal communication with good analytical skills
• Should have great logical understanding, desire to work in a fast paced environment with Agile Team.
• Should have good knowledge in any of the programming languages like java, python, C#, JavaScript, Angular Js, Node.
• Should have basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Should be ready to work with a wide range of new and legacy code and technologies.
• Should be upgrading the skills as and when required based on project/team demand

Internship Duration / Stipend(Remote Work From Home):

• Duration: 4 Months
• Joining: January, 2022
• Stipend: INR 15,000 /per month

Full Time Employment:

• Candidates who successfully complete the internship will be converted to full time employees.
• Compensation:  CTC offered is  INR : 7 LPA ( 6 LPA  is fixed ; 1 LPA is variable pay)
•     Joining: July or August, 2022 (In case of stabilizing the covid-19 situation, )

Selection Process(Online):  Candidates Registration’s ( 1st – 8th Nov’21)

• Round _1: Online Assessment ( 9th – 12th Nov’21)
• Round_2: Coding Challenge
• Round_3: Group Discussion
• Round_4: Technical Interview 1 & 2
• Round_5: Personal interview

Important Note/Dates:

•     Score  of the Online Assessmentalong with the other eligibility parameters of Thryve Digital will be considered at the time of          shortlisting for the coding challenge.
• Coding Challenge will be live on14^th November 2021 (Tentative)
•   Drive notification is released on MATCH platform, placement officers are requested to accept the drive invitation and invite    candidates to confirm the participation in the event.
•  Interested & Eligible candidates are suggested to completethe Registration’s process on or before 8th November 2021 for the drive       (Thryve Digital) through Match platform.
