MAQ India Private Limited (MAQ Software) will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
     

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct an online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application-level screening to be conducted by NextGen Ventures based on Educational Qualification, Streams and cut-off criteria.

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening Test (Optional Elimination Round | To be conducted by NextGen Ventures depending on a number of valid applications received from Step 02)

Step 04: MAQ Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 05: Technical/Personal + HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)

Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 08: On boarding.
