To be hired is by far the biggest problem faced by students nowdays. It is difficult for the students to find a perfect company suiting their talent and job requirement. With the huge opening of internships and students interested in experiencing the working of a start-up realm there lies an untapped opportunity for both students as well as companies. X-SEED, The Entrepreneurship Cell of XIMB is proud to announce the Internship Fair. Start-ups and various companies from all field will visit XIMB campus. The students would interact with the start-ups and companies on board to learn and understand how a particular organization works.

XIMB has been helping companies/startups in hiring talents since a very long time. There are many well-established startups/companies who have visited the campus and recruited the students of XIMB as well. Being one of the most premier B-School of East India we are taking it to an entirely next level. It’s a golden opportunity for students to be hired from companies/startups to get an experience. Startups/companies will get a chance to interact and hire students through a rapid interview round, and hire the best talent for their company/startup. Company/Startups would be hiring skilled interns from various streams and colleges, technical and non-technical both alike.

• The list of all those startups/companies who want to offer internships will be made available to the students.
• Students who will be interested in getting an internship would register themselves for the fair online and select the Startups/Companies in order of their preference.
• The startups/Companies would hold a rapid interview round or can shortlist the students and visit the campus next day to conduct the interview process.
• The candidates selected for the internships would be intimated by the end of the day.
