NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Virtual Joint Campus Drive” by & for “Valued Epistemics Private Limited” for the 2022 passing out batch B.E./B.Tech (All Streams), BBA & BCA candidates from few selected colleges in your region.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
Valued Epistemics Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (Optional | Virtual Mode | To be conducted by recruiting company officials)
Step 03: Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Personal Interview – HR (To be conducted by the recruiting company officials | Online/Virtual | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Final Interview – Manager (To be conducted by the recruiting company officials | Online/Virtual | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: On boarding.
