Designation:   Trainee Production

  • Reporting to : Head Production/Plant head.
  • Qualification: BE  Electrical/Electronics.
  • Stipend: 1.33 lacs CTC at DDN.( Rs 9,225 in hand, after PF & ESIC deductions).
  • Salary: Suitable salary band as per company policy
  • Gender: Male preferred.
  • Location & Vacancies: DDN -8-10
  • Role & Responsibilities.
    • Good at Man – management.
    • Good knowledge of transformers/electrical & electronics products.
    • Ability to mix with workers as a team.

  • Location & Vacancies: DDN- 2 to 4

    • Strong knowledge base of electrical & electronic components used in railway products.

Recruitment process.

  1. Qualifications- Minimum 55% in Cl X & Cl XII. No active backs. Cleared B.Tech in 4 yrs( CGPA – 7.0 till sem 7).
  2. IQ Test – 25 Marks, Tech test: 25 mks qualifying criteria 80% Marks( IQ ) & 60 % in Tech tests.
  3. GD of 8 to 10 candidates on current topics.
  4. Final selection Announcement & Employment Offer Letter.
  5. Tentatively joining date is 3rd July 2017.

Please ask candidates/college for the following

  • We will conduct a Introductory PPt for 20 mins in the auditorium on 1st day
  • Requisite copies of IQ & Tech test to be made by college when PPt in progress. 6- 8 staff are requested for marking of papers.
  • GD & PI will be conducted same day.

Additional Inputs- Compensation and Benefits Initiative – GETs

The following are additional initiatives from C & B segment for GETs:

  • CTC after 1 yr( Completion of Trainee period)- 1.62 L. Variable salary of upto Rs 50,000 pa may be considered.
  • Subsidized meals.
  • PF, ESIC and all statutory compliances.
  • 24+12 leaves + 10 holidays/yr. Accumulation & encashment of leave as per policy= upto 90 days.
  • Special benefit for GET entry wef 1/1/2016 onwards:
  • After completion of 3 yrs on payroll= Rs 25,000 guaranteed one-time bonus, apart from normal increments + Guaranteed promotion (Engr to Sr Engr).
  • After completion of 5 yrs = Rs 30,000 guaranteed one-time bonus, apart from normal increments. Eligible for gratuity. Next promotion to Asst Manager, based on performance.
  • After completion of 6 yrs= Reimbursement of higher education fees for 2 yrs upto Rs 12,500 pa.
