Job profile & responsibilities:

Position 01 – E-Commerce Business Associate (EBA): E-Commerce Business Associate is a consultant to businesses, assisting them in growing their online business profitably. EBA assist sellers remotely with managing their online business through e- commerce seller panels. Should have strategies to reach the goals. EBA would be responsible for providing following services to multiple sellers and able to understand and analyse accounts:

. Planning & Executing Sales Growth Strategy
. Online Store Management
. Marketplace SEO
. Customer Service
. Seller Support
. Analysis & Reporting

EBA is accountable to provide satisfactory services to sellers and ensure that they are retained month on month.

Position 02 – Pay Per Click Expert (PPC):

. Manage online advertisement of clients on e commerce portals
. Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
. Responsible for creating new media campaigns on client accounts
. Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, SEM, SMM, Google Ad-words)
. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available
. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue
. Assist in developing effective e-communications and managing new media campaigns
.Excellent writing and organization skills and strong understanding of new media and other online technologies for advocacy communications required

Job location (During/after the training/probation period): At Headquarters, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Training Schedule for both the positions:
Classroom Training – 2 weeks | Hands On Training – 2 weeks | On Job Training – 4 weeks

CTC/Salary/Stipend to be offered:
Position 01 : E-Commerce Business Associate
Option 1. Rs. 25,000/- 3lpa (Rs. 20,000 in-hand & 5,000 yearly bonus with 2 years of bond)
Option 2. Rs. 19,000/- 2.28lpa (Rs. 17,000 in-hand & 2,000 yearly bonus with 1year of bond)
Option 3. Rs. 15,000/- 1.80lpa (Rs. 15,000 in-hand without bond)

Position 02 : Pay Per Click Expert (PPC)
Option 1. Rs. 25,000/- 3lpa (Rs. 20,000 in-hand & 5,000 yearly bonus with 2 years of bond)

Position 02 : Pay Per Click Expert (PPC)

. Certification in Digital marketing, Google ad-words will be preferred

. Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
. Can handle pressure

Gender preference: Male / Female both can apply.
Bond or service agreement: 01 Year service agreement. Candidate has to serve 1month notice period, if they break the bond they will have to pay 1 Lac to the company.
