NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive” by & for “ENVEA India Private Limited (A 100% Subsidiary of ENVEA, France)” for the B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical (EE, EEE), Electronics (ECE, ETC), Instrumentation (EIE, AEIE, ICE) – 2022 passing out batch candidates
Recruitment/Selection Process:
ENVEA India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Online | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Interaction Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates have to attend the further process as mentioned below either through Virtual/Online Mode or Face-2-face at company’s local office premises or at college campus.

Step 04: Pre-placement talk/Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials)
Step 05: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 06: HR Round of Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
