Compensation: 2022 graduating students can go through a 30days (one-month) internship program after which depending on their performance and interest in the same profile they will go through a one-month training program during which their pay will be Rs.10,000 /- per month. After successful completion of the training program, they can join our organization as a full-time employee with a compensation amount of Rs.2 LPA + incentives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF Business Development Executive

• Ensure quality new sourcing of Credit cards through Tele calling / Referrals/Cold calling activity.

• Lead Generation for Personal Loan / Home loan/ Car Loan.

• Lead Generation for Investment products like Insurance/Mutual Fund.

• Meet productivity norms defined through the support of channels and own efforts.

• Generating leads for other financial products and passing the same to the concerned department for follow-ups.

Qualification: 

• BBA/MBA Graduates in any discipline and with an inclination toward sales and marketing to develop their career in the financial industry.
• Must Possess good verbal Communication
