· Fluent in English/ Hindi (written and verbal) · Strong organizational and interpersonal skills · Ability to manage multiple projects at a time. · Ability to write technical reports and commercial correspondence. · Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely. · Proficiency with MS Office & other related tools – specifically MS Excel & MS power point · Strong overall computer skills and ability to learn multiple software tools.

| Salary Package | Management Trainee/Executive- Operation:
CTC 15550 per month+yearly-increment + subsidized food + company accommodation Business Development: Annual CTC: Rs.4, 03, 800 per annum Net Salary: Rs.2, 64, 000 per annum. [Take Home] Performance pay: Rs. 12,000 per annum yearly paid based on performance Subsidized Food (Facilitated by Company): Rs.42, 000 per annum. [Not to be earned in Cash] Mediclaim (Individual Insurance provided by company) : Rs 11, 400 per annum. [Not to be earned in Cash] Telephone Reimbursement: Rs. 8, 400 per annum. · Sending daily schedule to RLDC/SLDC. ·Monitoring the forecast trends of wind and solar power. · Coordination with wind and solar developers · Have to work in rotational shifts (No fixed weekly off). Business Development: · Promotion of various products and services related to our group company. · Making corporate presentations to the clients · Sourcing new clients by generating leads. · Preparation of techno commercial agreements. · Assisting on technical issues related to our products & services. · Billing & commercial settlements of clients with DISCOMs/ SLDC/RLDC. · Meeting the quarterly targets.

| Service Agreement | Management Trainee/Executive- Operation:
· The candidates will have Probationary period of Six Months. · Notice Period of Three Months to be served by Candidate at the time of leaving the company. · Three years’ service commitment agreement needs to be signed. Business Development: · The candidates will have Training cum Probationary period of Six Months. · Notice Period of Three Months to be served by Candidate at the time of leaving the company. ·The candidates require to sign a three years’ service commitment with us. ·Trainee will get his 1st month salary on completion of 6 months (the candidates will be get the salary from 2nd month onwards. only the 1st month’s salary will be on hold which will be credited to them once they complete six months with us) but same is not applicable for degree holders.
