NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode)” by & for “Tally Solutions Private Limited” for the 2022 passing out batch B.E. / B.Tech (Circuit branches – CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, AEIE, EIE) candidates from few selected colleges in your region.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
Tally Solutions Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process (To be conducted by Tally Solutions / CoCubes | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional )
Step 04: Technical Discussion Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 05: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round) *
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 08: On boarding.
* Final Interview may happen Online Mode or F2F at Bengaluru office. If outstation candidates are called at Bengaluru office for final F2F interview, to-&-fro travelling expenses will be reimbursed based on company policy.
