Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude & Technical Test to be conducted by NVL. (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Communication Round to be conducted by NVL. (GD | Elimination Round)

Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Personal Interview – Technical & HR (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently
