Our stand on Diversity & Inclusion extends beyond the workplace. We strive to create a team that is caring and supportive of one another as we engineer modern business to improve everyday life.

To showcase our values with the future of Cognizant, we are organizing connect sessions to not only share insights on how we build an inclusive and diverse workplace but to also give an in-depth understanding of the LGBTQ community. The agenda will include a Leader’s session – dedicated to creating awareness along with a special segment where associates share their journey. We will also open the forum for a Q&A session to give students the opportunity to share their queries.
