Salary Offered for Management Trainee Profile- The CTC for Management Trainees is – Rs.5,00,000/- P.A (2.5 Lakhs fixed + 2.5 Lakhs variable which includes reimbursement of Travel & daily expenses and incentives).
Job Description – Management Trainee
- The aspirant is accountable for total sales in his assigned territory for both primary and secondary order generation.
- Monthly tracking of volume, territory sales and other parameters.
- Planning, Negotiating and Aligning Term of Trade with assigned distributor, dealer,
- wholesaler retailer and Local hyper Market effectively.
- Achieve product / SKU wise secondary sales as per the agreed targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Activation of new outlets for sales and increase the market coverage
- Planning for Daily, weekly and monthly visits to his Territory as per the scheduled tour program.
- Follow the Sales calendar and update the secondary and primary sales progress to the Area Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- Tracking new promotional activities of competitors and keep updating the same to the Manager.
- Developing a Fair/good Relationship with the Distributors, wholesalers and Retailers to increase the product sales.
- Willingness to travel more in the territory and outside the territory as and when required.
- Focusing on new market expansion(s) and appointment of distributors in new areas.
- Forecasting the market movement in the territory and updating the same to the Area Sales Manager.
