Dear Students,

Academic eligibility:

• Qualifying courses – B. Tech –  Computer Science /Computer Engineering /IT/E&C/E&TC/Telecom/Communication/Electronics or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science)
• Candidate should be completing qualifying course in 2023 without any backlog and should have Consolidated marksheet or Provisional Degree Certificate issued at the time of offer.
• Should have scored min. of 70%(Without Rounding-up) in SCC/10^th, HSC/12^th /Diploma (in case done) and BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science).
• Not more than 1-year gap since SSC and that too not after joining a course. Means, no loss of academic year after joining a course.

 

Note – Rounding up of marks to 70% to become eligible for the registration is NOT valid.

 

Selection process:

• Candidates will have to undergo below mentioned Test with each of these acting as filter for next stage on selection process.

• Aptitude Test, English Essay/Story, Conversational Test.
• Technical & Psychometric Test
• Technical Interview
• HR Interview (face to face)

All the rounds till technical interview would be conducted virtual and we are planning to conduct the HR round face to face. We will keep you posted accordingly.

Eligible candidates would be receiving All rounds test link from us on their email ID. Candidates must check Junk/Spam mails as well.

Supercoder selection: 

Candidates with good academic performance as well as performance in above selection process (except HR round) will become eligible for the Supercoder cadre selection. Eligible candidates to undergo Supercoder test. Associates clearing the Supercoder Test will be tagged as Supercoders.

Joining Location and Work Timings:

• Positions are opened for Tech Mahindra offices across locations.
• Candidate should be willing to work on any type of project at any of the Tech M Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country as per the company specified work timings including shift working 24 X 7.

 

Bond and compensation:

On Selection

• Candidate will be on probation for 3 months
• Candidate clearing regular selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 3.25 L /Annum
• Candidate clearing Super coder selection process would become eligible for CTC of INR 5.5 L /Annum
• Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from date of joining the company.

Note: During probation candidate will undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job-training / shadowing / all as per the business requirement.

Basis the management directive, the academic eligibility criteria has been revised to ensure much better quality. Now,  for 2023 batch; educational % cut-off is increased to 70% throughout starting from 10^th/SSC till Graduation/Post Graduation from earlier cut-off of 60% throughout.
