Job Title: Software Developers
Location: Bangalore
Joining : Immediate / in office premise , Location : Maventic office Bangalore
Qualification & Skills required:
- BTech(All branch), MCA, BCA- 2023 pass outs.
- Good communication skills and strong logical ability
- Ability to write programs in any programming language.

Note the criteria:
- (Only Degree)CGPA 7 & above in B.Tech(CST,CS,IT,ETC,EEE) MCA/BCA
- (Only Degree)CGPA 8 & above for B.Tech(EE,Civil,Mech)
- Knowledge of basic coding languages like C, C++, JAVA, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Basic programming experience
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems.
Role and expectation
- Development of large scale projects and products for some of the top organizations across several countries
- Writing scalable, robust, secured and high quality programs
- Interest in continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Assisting the development heads and leads with all aspects of software design and coding.
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Learning and improving your coding skills.
- Writing and maintaining code.
- Working on major and minor bug fixes.
- Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
- Responding to requests from the development team.
- Writing reports.
- Conducting unit and system tests.
Compensation and Service contract:
Stipend during internship will be as follows :
-
- INR 15,000/- till 6 months from the date of joining.
- Additional 10,000/- post 6 months (Based on performance), till the completion of the internship
- Post successful completion of internship they will be absorbed as developers
All inclusive Annual CTC after completion of internship :
Red Band : INR 500,000 (Rupees five lakhs only).Which would comprise your salary & bonus.
The breakup of your Annual CTC is as follows :
Salary : 4.5LPA
Bonus : 50 K performance based bonus on completing one year in Maventic
Purple Band : INR 4,50,000 (Rupees five lakhs fifty thousands only). Which would comprise your salary & bonus.
The breakup of your Annual CTC is as follows :
Salary : 4LPA Bonus : 50 K performance based bonus on completing one year in Maventic
(There could be minor changes in the salary structure subject to the performance during interview)
There will be a service contract for minimum duration of association with Maventic. The minimum duration is internship plus 2 years of employment post the internship.
Interview process:
- 1st round coding at college campus
- 2nd round online coding test
- 1 round of online short technical Interview
- 1 round of final technical Interview
- HR round
