 Position: Management Trainee – Sales

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• To uncover and explain the need for HEALTH INSURANCE products to customers and sell the appropriate product.
• Build a quality Agency by focusing on the quality of hire and skilling them as required.
• Ensure that the Agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship
• Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted and activated
• Acquire customers and generate the targeted amount of premium – Deliver Complete Product Information to Customers
• Manage the relationship with customers to ensure persistency & renewals
• Ensure adherence to all sales systems, operational, underwriting, compliance guidelines & ensure accurate data capture
• Ensure adherence to the defined sales process, AML & KYC guidelines, code of conduct & rules of the company

Eligibility:

• Eligible UG Courses: BBA, B.Com, B.A, BCA, B.Sc
• Eligible PG Courses: MBA/PGDM
• Batch: 2019/2020Pass-out batch

• Fixed Compensation:

o   For UG (BBA, B.Com, B.A, BCA, B.Sc.) :- 2.85 LPA + Incentives
