Dear Students,

As you understand the serious impact of COVID outbreak all over the world, CSM Technologies as a people-first organization has decided to go for an online interview process for the Round-1 shortlisted candidates, in which they will complete all technical rounds in an online virtual mode.

CSM Technologies is planning to start these virtual interviews next week onwards. Please refer to the below guidelines carefully & register via the given link the latest by 15th Nov 2020 for further process.

Important Points to Refer:

• The students will register their credential & updated CV in the link sent to the mail Id of the shortlisted candidates (register on or before 15th Nov 2020)
• Only the Round-1 shortlisted students can register in the registration form.
• After registration, CSM will plan the virtual interviews technology-wise.
• The student will receive the interview schedule mail, once his/her interview is confirmed by the Panel.
• The Interview schedule mail will consist of the Date, Time, Zoom link for the interview.

CSM Technologies will be conducting the Online written test on 4^th Nov 2020, Wednesday as per the allotted time (see below)

Note: Test URL along with the unique User ID & Password will be sent to the candidate’s email id individually in advance to the test time. Students can log in as per his/her own batch timing only. No student will be allowed to log in other than their batch timing.

Recruitment Process :

· 1st round – Online Written Test, 2nd and 3rd Round – Technical Interview to be conducted virtually by Video Conference (Zoom).

· Only trained candidates with the respective technology can attend the selection process mentioned by CSM (Refer PPT).

· Based on the this final interview feedback & their scores, selected students will be classified in 5 groups (from Highest to lowest score sequence).

· First Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 1.

· If any student is not willing to join us in Phase 1, then 2nd Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 2 based on their availability & marks scored in Final round.

· This process may go on till we get our desired pool.

Candidate Profile :

· The interested candidate should have trained in the respective technology

· Minimum qualification should be M.Tech / B.Tech / MCA

· 2020-21 to be passed out students can apply for this position.

· Career should be first class throughout.

· Students having 50% or above in Class 12th / +2 can also apply for the position.

· Should have excellent communication skill in English & very good interpersonal skill.

· Candidate should be smart with pleasant personality.

Compensation :

· Pay structure for this traineeship:-

a) Pay structure for initial 6 months would be ₹ 1.2 lakhs per annum (Stipend) on joining the organisation.

b) ₹ 1.8 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity & ESI) will be after 6 months on successful allocation of Project.

· 2.5 Yrs of employment bond will be executed wef the joining date.

· After successful completion of traineeship of 1 Year, Salary will be incremented based on performance appraisal score.

Job Profile :

· Programming in various technologies mentioned above

· Receiving reports on errors and problems as experienced by clients concerning software

· Assisting in the interpretation of customer reports and documentation of these reports

· Assisting in the development of software test scenarios

· Assisting in the implementation of software tests

· Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications for software development

· Preparation of reports on software development
