If COVID-19 has had one positive outcome, it is to offer us an opportunity to pause and consider how to build greater resilience into our organizations by investing in technology and reskilling people with the right talent. We know that even in a digital world, it’s people that are our most valuable resource—an approach that has allowed us to create what we call ‘Moments of Truth’, appreciating that while technology is an enabler, ‘Moments of Truth’ are always human.

Keeping this in mind and as part of our academia-industry interface, we are glad to launch a brand-new internship program for Technical Graduates. The program has been carefully curated to offer young individuals an opportunity to put their academic skills into practice while gaining relevant industry and domain experience.

The internship program will be spread over a period of nine months which also includes a month-long self-learning with mentoring prior to commencement. The program is designed to be outcome driven leading to full-time working opportunities based on individual performance. The confirmation of such opportunity will be provided at the end of the sixth month.
