With respect to the “Virtual Joint Campus Drive” by & for “Ace Pipeline Contracts Private Limited” for the 2021 passing out batch B.TECH.(Mechanical) candidates from Trident Academy of Technology, please find the schedule mentioned below for Round-1 and the list of eligible candidates attached below

Ace Pipeline Contracts Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies:

 

Step 01: Online Test (40 minutes | To be conducted by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited | Elimination round)
EXAM Date: 17/12/2020
Exam Timings: 12.00 PM – 12.40 PM

REGISTRATION CUM EXAMINATION LINK: Will be mailed to the registered candidates(ONLY)
(Link will be operational from 11.55 AM  – 01.10 PM)

Please Note:

• FYI, after submitting the details in the registration link, a message will appear with the ONLINE EXAM LINK. Candidates need to click on the same & proceed further.
• The link will be mailed only with the registered candidates 15 minutes before the exam starts.
  

Test Guidelines

• It is advisable that the candidates to visit the Exam Link on the Exam Day itself.
• The candidate should clear the browsing history, cache & cookies of the browser before starting the Exam.
• Its also advisable that they need to be in strong network area to avoid internet issues during the Exam.
• Before starting the Exam, kindly ensure that the screensaver is disabled in respective systems.
• It is advisable for the candidates to take the Exam from their PC/Laptops only.
• Every candidate needs to Login as New Registration in the Exam Portal using their Gmail  ID & Mobile Number
• The candidates must remember their email id & password for further/future test processes. If any candidate have appeared earlier in this exam portal, requesting him/her to LOG IN through “Already have an account” option by the same Gmail ID & Mobile Number used.
• During Registration, Candidates needs to Select Exam ( Group ) which will show NextGen Ventures.
• The Duration of the test is 40 minutes.
• Please Click the Right Option for marking answers.
• Kindly click ‘Save & Next’ button after every answer.
• The Panel will turn Green for every submitted answers.
• Candidates can toggle between sections or questions within the section, but for registering every answer, the ‘Save & Next’ button needs to be clicked.
• Ensure that the personal data is entered correctly.
• The Exam will run in FULL SCREEN MODE. Exam will be automatically submitted if you come out of the full screen mode.
• Do not Open Any Other Webpage during the Exam.
• Exam will be discontinued, if any other Webpage is accessed.
• If a candidate suddenly logs out of the exam due to any reason, the candidate needs to click on the exam link and click on the option ‘Already have an account’.

Note:  Following would be considered invalid for selection.

1. Use of books, calculator/cell phone or any other electronics device  during the examination.
2. Seeking discussions with any one internally or externally.
3. Answers selected, but not saved will turn ‘RED’ and will not be considered for grading.
4. In case any screen-sharing software is detected in the system, the test will generate Invalid Results.

Shortlisted candidates from the above process will be attending the following process on a later date(s) which will be informed in due time.

Step 02: Company Presentation & Q&A Session – Optional (Through Virtual Communication mode OR, YouTube link with guidance to be shared by recruiting company officials)
Step 03: Technical Test (Another round of online test for the shortlisted candidates to be conducted by recruiting company | Optional Elimination Round)
Step 04: Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials through any virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 07: Onboarding.

Step 02: Preliminary Screening process – Online Test (Aptitude, logical reasoning and technical | To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)

Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session – Optional (Through Virtual Communication mode OR, YouTube link with guidance to be shared by recruiting company officials)

Step 04: Technical Test (Another round of online test for the shortlisted candidates to be conducted by recruiting company | Optional Elimination Round)

Step 05: Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials through any virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)

Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
