in India and/or the United States of America (USA) in Business / Management / Technology / Engineering Leadership roles.

We are open to hiring interns for a period of 6 months & based on their performance, potentially extend them a permanent role at Chennai. Pls. note all roles will be based out of Chennai. 

We are looking to hire interns for Three roles:-

a) General Management Team: This is an exceptional role whose influence spans the following areas:-

 

i) Business/Market Research.

ii) Business Development.

iii) Talent Acquisition for our team.

iv) Online & Social Media Marketing & Relationship Management.

v) Campus Relationships with our target campuses.

vi) Content Writing, Content Curation & Preparation of Training Material

vii) Any other Adhoc activity involved in growing our venture.

 

Depending on the applicant’s capabilities & areas of passion in one/more of the areas outlined above, an appropriate role will be chiseled.

Eligibility: All streams of B.Tech are eligible subject to a minimum of  85% marks in Class X or Class XII or a CGPA of at least 8/10 in the current degree

Stipend(during the internship): Duration- 6 months

Internship Stipend- The Stipend for students will be INR 33750/- (INR Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred & Fifty Only @ INR 750/- per working day i.e ~INR 15000/- for a calendar month of work ) paid as a BLOCK stipend upon successful completion of a 45 Working Day internship.~10 weeks assuming 5 working days per week & excluding days of Government Holidays/Student leave in these 10 weeks)

Beyond these 45 working days, based on the performance of the candidate during these 45 working days, the stipend may be revised to INR 900/- per working day (INR Nine Hundred Only) i.e ~INR 18000/- for a calendar month of work) & will be payable in the first week of the subsequent calendar month, for the extra days completed in the earlier calendar month.

 

Should the Intern drop out of the Internship for any reason without completing a minimum of 45 working days, NO Stipend would be payable to them & NO Certificate of Completion of Internship would be offered to them.

Compensation for Permanent Positions-  The Final Year Graduate students can be considered for permanent positions upon successful completion of Internships with us at Annual Compensation between INR 4 Lakhs – INR 6 Lakhs p.a, depending on their internship performance & the role they are offered.
