Eiichi Kawamoto set up Fukoku Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. in Nakano-ku, Tokyo with the capital fund of 500,000 yen, and started production and sales of automobile rubber parts. The company developed its own unique wiper blade rubber and started production. The Head office and the Kawaguchi plant were constructed and put into operation in Motogo-cho, Kawaguchi-city.

We are hiring for the position of:  Trainee Technicians-Machine operator
Department where the selected candidates will work: Production / Assembly

Roles & Responsibilities will be CNC Machine operation.

Vacancies: Limited (Strictly depends on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters)
Job Location: Pune.

CTC/Salary/Stipend to be offered during the training period: Rs. 1,80,305/- Per Year | Rs. 15025/- Per Month.

Other monetary or non-monetary benefits during training (or probation) period: The Recruiting Company will provide regular Bus services for pick up and drop, BF/ Lunch / Dinner for all the employees & the entire Government Statutory requirement like PF / ESIC / Bonus.

Educational Qualification (Preferred): B.Tech
Stream or branch or specialization: Mechanical.
Cut Off Criteria: Candidates with no active backlogs are only eligible.
Skills/Expectations: Proactive and hardworking & the candidates should be from needy family background, who are ready to relocate and work in Pune.
Gender: Male (Preferred).
Bond or security details or service agreement: 1-year service agreement.
Joining: immediate.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

The recruiting company will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Day 01: 01^st October 2020

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited (NextGen Ventures)

Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Note: Interested/Eligible candidates will be notified accordingly.

The shortlisted candidates need to submit a resume with photograph and Adhara card xerox where DOB is clearly mentioned.

Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process on Day 02. 

Day 02: 05^th – 07^th October 2020 (Exact date will be informed soon)

Step 03: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials through SKYPE/ZOOM | Elimination Round)

Step 04: Personal/HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials through SKYPE/ZOOM | Elimination Round)

Step 05: Declaration of final selected candidates list within 10 days from Step 04.

Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
