For B.E.\/B.Tech candidates in 10th & 12th – 75% & above, in B.Tech – 58% & above (all semesters) | Also 20,000 & below rank in JEE.<\/div>\n
For MCA candidates in 10th & 12th – 75% & above, in Graduation\/MCA – 58% & above | Also 5,000 & below rank in GATE.<\/div>\n

Riktam Technology Consulting Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the Application\/Registration link from Riktam Technology which they have to fill up. (Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Riktam Technology will screen the applications and publish a list of candidates who will be eligible to appear for further selection process. The list will be shared by NextGen Ventures with the institutes and candidates.<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a02 Rounds of Online Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Coding Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Interview Rounds (Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
