JOB DESCRIPTION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Designation:\u00a0\u00a0Management Trainee (Assistant Manager)<\/p>\n

Eligibility: Post graduation Candidates, with a preference to candidates specialized in Rural Development \/Rural Marketing \/ Sales & Marketing, with mind set to serve rural population of India & willingness to work in field<\/p>\n

Primary Role: Business Development, Banking Operations, Portfolio Quality, New Clients Acquisition, Team Management & Performance and Statutory & Regulatory Compliance<\/p>\n

Pre-requisites for Selection:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Willingness to work in field<\/li>\n
  2. Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills<\/li>\n
  3. Good in Reasoning aptitude<\/li>\n
  4. Integrity<\/li>\n
  5. Good Sales & Business Acumen<\/li>\n
  6. Service Orientation<\/li>\n
  7. Target Orientation<\/li>\n
  8. Minimum 60% in SSLC, Plus Two and Min. 55% in Degree are mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Terms<\/span><\/span>\u00a0&\u00a0Conditions:<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0 <\/span>The candidate should have willingness to work in any location\/ any role as instructed by the Bank, from time to\u00a0time.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>He\/ She should bind to follow the Rules and Regulations issued by Bank from time to\u00a0time.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0 <\/span>The candidate should declare to serve the organization for a minimum of 2 years including training\/ probation period; and will not leave the Bank during this period for any\u00a0reason\u00a0whatsoever.\u00a0In\u00a0the\u00a0event\u00a0of\u00a0leaving\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0before\u00a0the\u00a0completion\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>above said period, He\/ She should agree to pay training cost of Rs. 75,000\/- after offsetting the incentive if any, earned during the service.<\/p>\n
