Ultra Engineers will follow the following \u201cSelection Procedure\u201d while recruiting the candidates:<\/u><\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong> Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong> Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong> Written Test -Technical & Aptitude (To be conducted by company officials. 30 minutes duration | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong> Final Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong> Declaration of final selected candidates list<\/div>\n
