    Our company has offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ranchi, and Bhubaneswar. The requirement is for the Design center in Bhubaneswar & Ranchi.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Written exam(very basic network theory and basic electronics)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Interview: Selected candidates will be having a face to face interview .<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Final Declaration of Selection.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. The selected candidates\u00a0will be placed as trainee design engineers for\u00a0six\u00a0months, during this period they will\u00a0get trained on IC design process and placed at Bhubaneswar and Ranchi Design center.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Selected candidates will be hired as an employee of ARF. First 3 months to 6 month they will get a stipend of 10K in training and after training salary would be 2.7 Lakhs CTC.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. First 5 years they will be in\u00a0service\u00a0agreement. The company will invest huge in hardware and software related to IC Design training.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
