Valued Epistemics is a Chennai-based Online Education Guidance Platform and provider of AdmitEDGE.com. I<\/strong>nterested in recruiting potential candidates from our institution for the job role “Business Development Executive”<\/p>\n

Job Description: Sales JD (For Engineers) 2023<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The recruitment process will consist of the following stages:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0Online tests<\/strong>: The online tests will consist of 1 application form and 2 psychometric tests. The candidates can take the online tests in college,\u00a0under the concerned college office supervision\u00a0<\/strong>or at their homes with\u00a0utmost sincerity.\u00a0<\/strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for\u00a0the further round of interviews. Proper guidance for filling up the test, shall be provided in the further procedure.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0Pre-Interview Presentation<\/strong>: Based on the test results, candidates will be invited for the Pre-Interview Presentation\/Webinar which will be held online. The PiP Webinar is best attended from your Home Office through a laptop and broadband and not via mobile. The presentation is interactive via Chat, Audio, Video and Polls.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a01st<\/sup>\u00a0round of Interview<\/strong>: Post PiP webinar, students will appear for their 1st Round of Interview.\u00a0The date will be agreed upon with the placement office well in advance.<\/p>\n

4)\u00a0Job overview :\u00a0<\/strong>One on one Job overview presentation.<\/p>\n

5)\u00a02nd<\/sup>\u00a0round of interviews and Job Offer<\/strong>: Candidates qualifying from the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0round of interviews will be invited for 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0round.\u00a0Based on performance, job offers will be made.<\/p>\n

Requirements : <\/strong>Any B.E\/B.Tech graduate with an aptitude for Sales and\u00a0desire for a career in Business Development.\u00a0As a company operating in the high end of the education cycle, we require smart, result focused candidates with a business orientation.\u00a0The company offers rigorous training in areas of Sales, Customer Communication and Business Fundamentals.\u00a0Candidates are expected to be fully set up for a work-from-home mode of working.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
