The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-month training program covering multiple technologies before being deployed as Jr. Programmers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon completion of the probation period, successful candidates will be entitled to a highly competitive compensation package, including benefits such as EPF, ESI, annual retention bonus, monthly performance incentives, health insurance, and subsidized accommodation and food.<\/p>\n

The CTC for Jr. Programmers will be between Rs. 2.2 and 3 lakhs per annum.<\/strong> It is worth noting that this compensation package is subject to revision based on the performance of individual Jr. Programmers, which means that exceptional performers can expect to enjoy even greater rewards.<\/p>\n

Eligibility:<\/strong> BCA, MCA, B.Tech (Any Branch), or BSc. in CS\/IT-related streams,\u00a0as well as any graduates who have completed at least 3 months in IT programming language<\/p>\n
