Patil Rail Infrastructure Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:<\/strong><\/div>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Application\/Resume screening and shortlisting candidates for further process. (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Telephonic Interview Rounds for shortlisted candidates from above (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Technical & HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
