Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Preliminary Online Screening process (To be conducted by recruiting company officials or NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round).<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Optional).<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Personal Interview – Technical\/Domain\/Functional (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination Round).<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination Round).<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong>\u00a0Interview with MD (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination Round).<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n
