Recruitment\/Selection Process:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

WeP Solutions Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure<\/strong> while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:-<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 01:<\/strong>\u00a0Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.<\/p>\n

Step 02:<\/strong>\u00a0Group Discussion \/ Communication Round\u00a0 (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination Round)<\/p>\n

Step 03:<\/strong>\u00a0Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)<\/p>\n

Step 04:<\/strong>\u00a0Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.<\/p>\n

Step 05:<\/strong>\u00a0Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/p>\n
