Kindly go through the details and register yourselves before the dead line.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12015\" src=\"https:\/\/trident.ac.in\/placementnotice\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/unnamed.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1152\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The eligible registered students have to go through the below mentioned selection process :-<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Selection Process :-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Eligible candidates will undergo a selection process comprising several tests. Each test serves as a filter for the next stage of the process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0Aptitude, English Essay\/Story<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0Psychometric &amp; Technical<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0Communication<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0Technical Interview<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o\u00a0\u00a0HR Interview<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Eligible candidates will receive a test link for all the rounds on their registered email ID. Candidates to check their junk\/spam folders as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Super-coder<\/b><strong style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Candidates who excel academically &amp; perform well in the selection process (excluding HR round) will qualify for consideration in the Supercoder cadre selection<\/li>\n<li>Eligible candidates will then take the Supercoder test, and those who pass will be designated as Supercoders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Work Location &amp; Timings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The candidate must be willing to work on any projects at any of TechM\u2019s Development Centers or client locations across the country. The work schedule will follow the company specified timings, including shifts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Bond &amp; Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On selection,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Candidates will be on probation for\u00a0<strong>3 months<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Candidates who clear the regular selection process will be eligible for a CTC of\u00a0<strong>INR 3.25LPA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Candidates who clear the Supercoder selection process will be eligible for a CTC of\u00a0<strong>INR 5.5LPA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Candidates are required to sign an indemnity bond for\u00a0<strong>INR 1L<\/strong>\u00a0for a mandatory service period of\u00a0<strong>2 years<\/strong> from the date of joining the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0During probation, the candidate may receive unit-specific classroom training\/on-the-job-training\/shadowing as per the business requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration Link :-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/registration.techmahindra.com\/Candidate\/RegDefault.aspx\">https:\/\/registration.techmahindra.com\/Candidate\/RegDefault.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Date For Registration :- 16.07.23<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Students, Greetings of the day.
