Step 01:<\/strong> Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco<\/span> Ventures Limited (NVL).<\/div>\n
Step 02:<\/strong> Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Written Test to be conducted by NVL\/company officials. (Objective | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 03:<\/strong> Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Communication Round to be conducted by NVL\/company officials. (F2F | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 04:<\/strong> Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (Optional\/To be conducted by company officials)<\/div>\n
Step 05:<\/strong> Group Discussion (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 06:<\/strong> Personal Interview (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 07:<\/strong> Creativity Round (To be conducted by company officials | Optional – Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 08:<\/strong> HR Round\/Final Discussion (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)<\/div>\n
Step 09:<\/strong> Declaration of final selected candidates list<\/div>\n
Step 10:<\/strong> Offer letters\/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring\/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
