It will be to ensure trust in the client\u2019s website, by preventing risks, like potential fraud, across English speaking countries like USA and UK. This they will do by reviewing possibly fraudulent accommodations or user profiles online, and ensuring the online account security of genuine users. They will also mediate through email, between hosts and guests, if they complain about each other, during the guest\u2019s stay at the host\u2019s accommodation. All the work will be done online, there is no field work. The work will involve skills like investigation, decision making, problem solving, troubleshooting, empathy, rapport, and pattern recognition.<\/p>\n

Not all customers are satisfied with a resolution which is provided though it is as per the policies\/guidelines laid down by the client. Effectively, absorbing and retaining content delivered throughout the training period and also being able to clear assessments conducted during that particular period<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Flexibility \u2013 Individuals should be flexible to work in a 24\/7 environment. Though we try our best to provide shifts which are rotating on a monthly basis, however based on the business requirements, they would also be expected to work in consecutive night shifts, say 3-4 months<\/p>\n
